Highly recommend Refrigwest. Cameron diagnosed the problem and completed required documentation for an insurance claim on a cooked motor which was settled in 24hrs. Decided to go with a new evap unit and the quote to replace and install trumped 5 other quotes in regard to both price and wait time I had gotten previously.Professional, punctual and responds to calls and messages quickly. Talked about evap v refrigerated and trusted the advice he gave implicitly. It made sense to me. I'll have no hesitation in recommending Regrigwest to family and friends. Top notch service and fees.

Had Cameron come out and disconnect my split system aircon today and install it at my neighbours house. Can't fault Cameron's work he was on time neat and tidy workmanship and reasonably priced.Highly recommend Refrigwest.

Very positive experience with Cameron in the past week or two putting in a split system for our rental property. Great communication - clear and straightforward. Quick action to provide a quote with photos and then once confirmed to arrange for the installation. Also helped resolve an unexpected electrical problem with the existing air con to make it safe and compliant. I would recommend based on our positive experience.
